We have February packed full of dates for you. The information events are intended to help you become an informed patient who can meet therapists on an equal footing. Because nothing is more important for us sufferers of Parkinson's than being able to at least partially navigate our way through the jungle of our disease ourselves.

Our mobility events are based on the realization that exercise is one of the few non-drug therapies. And despite all the love for table tennis, we also need other forms of exercise to compensate because we don't want to put too much strain on ourselves.

Especially Tai Chi, QiGong and therapeutic Boxing With their completely different movement sequences, they are ideally suited for this.

So take advantage of the offer and have a lot of fun.
