    The "controller" refers to the natural or legal person, authority, agency, or other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

    The "processor" is a natural or legal person, authority, agency, or other body processing personal data on behalf of the controller.

    MANDATORY LEGAL BASIS

    In accordance with Art. 13 DSGVO we inform you about the legal basis of our data processing. Unless the legal basis in the data protection declaration is mentioned, the following applies: The legal basis for obtaining consent is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and Art. 7 DSGVO, the legal basis for the processing for the performance of our services and the execution of contractual measures as well as the response to inquiries is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, the legal basis for processing in order to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO, and the legal basis for processing for the protection of our legitimate interests is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.     If users leave comments or other contributions, their IP addresses can be used on the basis of our legitimate interests as defined in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO be stored for 7 days. This is for our own safety, if someone leaves illegal content in comments and contributions (insults, prohibited political propaganda, etc.).
