Welcome to my podcast “Now even more so – living positively with Parkinson’s”. First of all, I wish you a happy, healthy and exciting new year, because this is the first episode of 2023.

And for that I have a very special guest today - FrankElstner. I was really happy that I had the opportunity to interview him a few weeks ago.

For those who may be listening to this podcast for the very first time, the intro provides a brief introduction to the topic of Parkinson's and how this podcast came about.

In recent years I have had the opportunity to speak to around 60 people who have very unique paths in life despite and precisely because of their Parkinson's disease. These conversations have since changed my life and not only helped me to learn more about the disease but above all to be more optimistic about the future.

Frank Elstner has also been suffering from Parkinson's for several years, but he has not lost his positive attitude to life and his optimism. We talked about many topics, such as self-help, sports and family. I am very happy to be able to share our conversation with you. I hope you enjoy listening!
