It affects more and more young people
The number of people suffering from Parkinson's disease is increasing rapidly and those affected are getting younger and younger. It is not uncommon to see cases of 30-year-olds or even younger who are struggling with the first symptoms of this insidious disease. Since many of these symptoms, but by no means all, affect the musculoskeletal system, it is not surprising that exercise is a tried and tested remedy.
