The video was created as part of the lecture series “Schwabinger Parkinson Info” at the Schön Klinik in Munich-Schwabing.

It covers the basics of virtual reality, shows examples of applications from medicine and goes into detail about sports and gaming applications that are also suitable for people suffering from Parkinson's disease, depending on the severity of the symptoms.

The lecture is embedded in a questionnaire before and after the video. With this questionnaire, the German Sport University Cologne wants to measure and evaluate the acceptance of VR technologies among Parkinson's sufferers.
